- 0.75 cups water or nut milk.
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries.
- 1.5 Tbsp peanut butter.
- 2 Frozen bananas, sliced.
- 2 Tbsp flax oil.
- 0.25 cups rice protein.
- 0.5 cups kale, optional.
