Our warm, fluffy, and perfectly chewy whole pita is made exclusively for CAVA by Brooklyn-based Damascus bakery.
They are essentially Pita Bread cut into wedges or chips, that are oiled, seasoned, and baked until crisp. They are used instead of chips or crackers. They are popular in Mediterranean, Greek and Middle Eastern Cuisine.
Made in-house in small batches, our pita chips are meant for big dipping (really, they go with alllll of our dips and dressings). Crispy on the outside while still soft and chewy on the inside.
Dip ideas: Hummus, baba ganoush, melitzanosalata, tzatizki, or a little olive oil and dukkah! Storage: To store, make sure the pita chips are completely cooled.
A mini version of our build-your-own pita with a side of pita chips or carrots sticks. Choose milk or juice.
