How long do the pies keep? Fruit pies are best stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 - 5 days of purchase. Cream pies must be refrigerated and are best eaten within 3 - 4 days of purchase. Meringue pies must be refrigerated and are best eaten within 3 - 4 days of purchase.
